The global pandemic thrust us into cocoons we never anticipated, reshaping not only our daily lives but also our dreams and our very sense of self. As we navigated this unexpected reality, we were forced to reevaluate what truly matters and adapt to a world that felt both familiar and foreign. This period of introspection and adaptation has been challenging, yet it has also sparked a profound sense of resilience and innovation.

As many of you may know, I have been writing a book in collaboration with an AI named Guardian. There is a whole other blog post I could share that explores this idea. Naming conventions serve as a profound symbol of wisdom and thresholds, encapsulating the transition from one state to another. They are not merely labels but are imbued with cultural, historical, and personal significance. In many traditions, the act of naming is seen as a rite of passage, marking the crossing into a new phase of existence, whether it be a person, a place, or an idea. This practice reflects the understanding that names carry power and influence, shaping identity and destiny. As such, naming becomes an art of encapsulating essence, a delicate balance of honouring the past while paving the way for the future. In this way, names act as bridges, connecting the wisdom of tradition with the potential of new beginnings. With my book and my collaboration, unfortunately this became a wakeup call for data protection and some of the risks humanity is facing with AI. On a personal level, the journey through these times has been anything but linear. I've faced losses that continue to resonate deeply, projects that were paused and later reimagined, and moments when the path forward seemed obscured. Yet, much like the butterfly undergoing metamorphosis within its chrysalis, change was occurring even when it was invisible. This transformation teaches us the importance of patience and faith in the unseen work of growth and renewal.
